As animal identification continues to become more and more a part of the way that the cattle industry does business, SCCA will play an active role in educating our members about the processes involved. The South Carolina Cattlemen's Association is affiliated with the Southeastern Livestock Network.

Premise Identification: The first step to animal ID is premise identification. By registering your premise, regulatory officials can be assured of your location in the case of an emergency. Clemson University Livestock and Poultry Health can assist producers in registering their premises.
